When you send a request, we collect your name, contact details (phone or email), selected service, consent status, and any note you write.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to your request, discuss the guidance you asked about, and keep a short record of the conversation.
Where requests are processed
Request forms are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to our Gmail inbox. Facebook Messenger messages are processed by Meta. Each provider may process data under its own privacy policy.
Please don't send sensitive data
Please do not include sensitive details such as passport numbers, ID numbers, or financial information. We do not need them for initial guidance.
How long we keep it
We keep request records only as long as needed to respond and provide guidance. We delete them on request unless we must keep them for a legal or dispute-related reason.
